Refund Policy

Sacred Jewels will accept items for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.
A Return Authorization number MUST be obtained before returning any item(s). To receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to customerservice@sacredjewels.com
For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. Sacred Jewels is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If your product is damaged our unsatisfactory you have 7 days from receipt to exchange or return your item. Your item(s) will only be accepted for return or exchange in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless your item was received damaged. Please send an email to: customerservice@sacredjewels.com for complete return or exchange instructions.
